Items will ship in a timely manner. If your team or organization has embroidered items you can call the store to ask for a specific timeline. In most cases items will ship within 15 days after the order deadline. Shipping is a flat rate charge, alternatively you can pick up merchandise in the store or someone from your team may distribute depending on what your team site states. We typically ship items out USPS and if you reside in CT you will receive the item within two business days of the ship date. If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
