Orders will be distributed at practice by Sue Whitehead. Please allow 2-2.5 weeks after the order deadline for delivery.

 

We will not ship your order. However, we still need you to input a shipping address. Please use your billing address to fulfill this requirement.

Also, please note that we currently are not accepting American Express cards in the checkout.
